Stocktake Solution for Microsoft Dynamics RMS

All retailers dread stocktakes. They take a lot of time and planning; they can disrupt activity on the sales floor and increase your levels of stress. They are however essential to gain an accurate view of stock value and shrinkage, as well as monitor profit potential and performance. Citrus-Lime provides Microsoft RMS retailers with a Solution that will help increase the efficiency, accuracy and speed of stock takes.

Citrus-Lime Stocktake Solution for RMS – Software

The Stocktake Solution includes an add-in to RMS as well as the software that runs on the scanner itself. Between them they allow the import of the RMS stocktake feature onto the scanner, and the export back of amended data into the RMS system. The Software integrates with RMS’s rolling stocktake feature which time-stamps data - this means that you have the option of performing stocktakes whilst trading - maintaining the accuracy of the count.

Citrus-Lime Stocktake Solution for RMS – Hardware

The Metrologic unit is a durable platform designed to be used in retail and industrial environments. This hardened unit has a high performance barcode reader and is of light weight and ergonomic design. The dock can service multiple units.

Citrus-Lime Stocktake Solution for RMS - Features

  • Full integration with Microsoft RMS, with the ability to export an RMS Stock Take to the scanner
  • Warnings when items are scanned on the stock take, but are not in the RMS database - allowing items which are not in the Epos system to be identified
  • Price Check, The scanner displays the RMS item price
  • Upload of data, back into the RMS Stock take screen
  • RMS remains live, you can continue to use the RMS Epos system whilst the stocktake occurs. This gives retailers the option of performing the stock take during trading hours
