The Bulk Ecommerce Order Processing Module is designed for customers processing large volumes of orders per day. It significantly improves Microsoft RMS by providing batch processing for ecommerce and mail-order transactions. The system provides a significant cost saving over standard RMS Internet order processing, is less error prone and supports a proper pick and pack strategy. Detailed information about Ecommerce Link to DotNet SQL

Ecommerce Link to DotNet SQL

Citrus-Lime can link Microsoft Dynamics RMS to most modern ecommerce sites which utilise Microsoft SQL Server as their stock database.

Ecommerce link to .Net/SQL

Whilst we offer our own fully featured ecommerce platform – Citrus-Store 2.0 – which integrates fully with Microsoft RMS, we can also integrate RMS to most other ecommerce sites which utilise Microsoft SQL Server as their database engine.

Integrate Microsoft RMS stock control, retail and order processing system to almost any Microsoft SQL Server based ecommerce System.

The ecommerce link to .Net/SQL acts as the bridge between your Microsoft RMS software and your ecommerce site, pulling and pushing data from one system to another. This means that you can have your internet orders imported into RMS for processing/dispatch and maintain accurate stock levels between the two systems – avoiding that bug bear of all ecommerce retailers, customers ordering out of stock products, or products you can’t fulfil with backorders. The link is designed to reduce the amount of rekeying of data and duplication of tasks involved in running your online and in store business.

Key features:

  • Synchronise stock position between your Microsoft Retail Management System and your webstore, including supplier stock positions and backorder lead times;
  • Download orders for processing in Microsoft RMS;
  • Full courier integration with our order processing enhancements to Microsoft RMS;
  • Near real time stock synchronisation – no daily file transfers;
  • Full order download including customer account creation/matching in RMS;
  • Fully web service based for simple deployment;

Because of the inherent flexibility of the link - which needs to integrate RMS with several different ecommerce architectures – we will need to have our development team manage the set-up and testing of the link. What this does mean is that we will quote based on the work needed to integrate your specific site to RMS – please contact our sales team for more information.
