Using the supplier integration module will save time and money, vastly reducing the efforts required to input product records and update costs in your EPOS system.

By providing supply chain stock availability throughout the POS, back office, workshop and ecommerce systems we make it easy for your team to take special orders you can easily fulfil, providing opportunities for extra margin.

Key Features:

• Stock Check at the Point-of-Sale - See if a supplier has an item in stock from your till, while the customer is there in front of you.
• Stock Check on Purchase Order Export - when you are exporting a purchase order to a supplier the module will check if each line is available and give you the option to remove out-of-stock lines
• Stock Check in the Workshop - If you use the Citrus-Lime Workshop Module you can check stock levels as you're adding parts to a job in the workshop calendar.
• Price Updates - We can update your cost prices from the suppliers database, this also tags the notes field so you can update selling prices using the standard RMS inventory wizard. This can also be used to reprint labels for all items where prices have changed. A report is also produced which lists all of the old and new cost prices.
• Item Creation - Allows you to add new items to your RMS database directly from the module. You browse the supplier files in the grid selecting the items you want to add to your own stock database.
