    Supplier Integration Module, SIM

    A key tool for Cycle and Outdoor Retailers, SIM enables you to import products directly from your Supplier to populate your database, run price and stock checks throughout your system and clearly display supply chain stock availability on your Ecommerce site. SIM helps secure sales on out of stock products; showing availability at the supplier and allowing the customer to place an order. No logging into B2B sites or phoning the supplier, their data is right there via your EPOS system.

    Ebay & Amazon Modules

    Unique to Citrus-Lime is our ability to integrate your EPOS & Ecommerce system with your Ebay and Amazon accounts, enabling automatic listing/delisting of products according to stock availability, the easy management of product data (such a categorisation/item specifics) from within Merchant Tools (our user friendly Ecommerce back office interface) and all resulting orders are imported directly into your EPOS system for pick & pack dispatch.

    Workshop Module

    Our Workshop Module unites a user friendly, drag & drop calendar interface with our core EPOS software, allowing you to manage multiple mechanics to raise, schedule, assign and track service jobs, informing the customer automatically via email or SMS when the work is complete. It's not only an admin tool however, as the Workshop Module enables you to track the next "Service Due" date for customers, proactively driving business.
